The Arp Independent School District serves the rural and farming communities of southeastern Smith County in and around the City of Arp, Texas.

Within our district boundaries are much of the shores of Lake Tyler East as well as some of the north central shores of Lake Tyler.

Our eastern boundary also stretches within the city limits of the City of Overton, which is the western portion of that city that is located inside the Smith County border.
